What do fragrance notes refer to?

Eau de Toilette vs Eau de Parfum: What's the difference?
The primary difference between Eau de Toilette (EDT) and Eau de Parfum (EDP) lies in the concentration of fragrance oils. Eau de Parfum has a higher concentration, making it a more intense, longer-lasting fragrance compared to Eau de Toilette. There is also pure perfume, which has the highest concentration of fragrance oils, and Eau de Cologne, which has the lowest concentration.
What is a tester?
Testers are the same high-quality, authentic fragrances as those in their retail packaging, but at a discounted price. These bottles are typically meant for display in stores and may come in plain boxes, or sometimes without a cap. Testers are perfect if you don’t need the fancy packaging, but still want the full, fresh fragrance experience at a lower price.
My fragrance has been discontinued. How do you still have it in stock?
At Family Fragrance Co., we take pride in offering a wide selection of hard-to-find and discontinued fragrances. Our dedicated buyers travel globally to acquire rare and discontinued perfumes, which are then stored in a temperature and humidity controlled warehouse to preserve their quality.

Return Policy - Defective Products Only
Defective Product Returns
Defective products are the only items eligible for return. If your fragrance is damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos of the defective product.
Return Process

Non-Defective Products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for non-defective products, including opened or used fragrances.

Damaged Items in Transit
